The CBD pillow is designed with your personal comfort in mind. As shipped, the pillow is perfect for anyone that likes a full and firm feel.
If you are a side sleeper and want the CBD pillow to support your head and neck better, you can remove some of the material to create the perfect comfort level.
Stomach sleepers. You do best with a thin and light pillow that won't put pressure on your neck by raising your head too much. Remove even more of the material, and you will create a perfect pillow for you.

How Does It Work?
- Each pillow is coated with microcapsules containing CBD isolate. Friction causes the microcapsules to burst, spreading the isolate throughout the fabric of your pillow. Each capsule contains approximately 48mgs of CBD isolate, and the fabric we use to craft the ZBD Pillow contains roughly 12g of microcapsules per square meter.

About Cannabidiol, or CBD
CBD can improve the lives of those who use it to relieve pain, reduce anxiety, and improve their quality of sleep. We at ZBD Bed realized the connection between CBD, wellness, and sleep, and wanted to create a product that would bring that connection to the market.
We chose to focus on an area that many people struggle with: sleep. It’s estimated that over 50 million Americans suffer from 1 of over 80 different sleep disorders (Sleephealth.org). By infusing hemp-based CBD with our mattress at ZBD Bed, we hope to integrate CBD into the bedtime routine of our users - all they have to do is go to bed!
